At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
